Welcome Our Guest Blogger: Hollie from Fashions of Fancy!

Hi there! I am Hollie from Fashions of Fancy, a fashion and beauty blog located in Dallas, TX as well as the owner of Glasmicle, a new cosmetic line designed by me. I am so excited to be a  guest blogger on the ShuEsq site today and hope you enjoy my post!

One of the hardest decisions (especially in Texas) is finding the perfect outfit to transition from summer to fall. Today, I’m going to focus on the shoe part of the outfit and share with you some of my top 5 favorite picks from the ShuEsq inventory that are perfect to transition into the new season with.

These Cutie Booties may look basic at first, but turn around and they have a gold mirrored heel that is perfect for any night out! Ankle booties are one of my favorite types of heels to wear and these would be adorable with skinny crop jeans and a lace up tank or bodysuit. I would accessorize my look with simple gold jewelry and add a bomber jacket as the weather gets cooler. Finish it off with a bubblegum pink lip, such as this Pretty Please shade and you are styled for a night out on the town!

The head turning OGEsquire Booties are sure to get compliments anywhere you go with their unique design and gold heel. Because of the design, I would pair these fabulous heels with a simple little black dress and a leather jacket if needed for cooler weather. Add a red lip such as this Red Carpet Red lipstick and your favorite clutch and you are ready for date night. There is just something about an all black outfit with a red lip that screams Sexy!

I don’t know about you, but I am obsessed with knee boots and anything lace up so when I saw these Dreamy Olive boots I immediately fell in love! These can be worn with so many different styles, but an edgy, military inspired look comes to my mind first that would be perfect for a day of shopping.  I would pair these with a denim mini skirt, graphic tee and a camouflage shirt jacket that can be light or heavy depending on the weather. Don’t forget to add some fun pins or patches to the jacket though! Since this look is all about neutral colors, I would add a pop of color to my lips, like this Electric Coral lip color.

Every girl needs a good pair of pumps and these yummy suede Violet Caramel by Kandee Shoes are perfect for the changing weather as well as perfect for a day to night look. Head out to the office in these pumps with a pair of black ankle trousers, a strapless peplum top and a coordinating neck scarf. Throw on a crisp blazer to keep it work appropriate and add a neutral lip, such as this Goldie Luxe shade. Rushing to a happy hour after work? No problem! Just lose the blazer and you now have the perfect night outfit.

Last but certainly not least, my favorite of all transition shoes are the Greener Pastures cutout booties that I recently featured on my blog. They are a unique green color with a hint of gold, but don’t let the color scare you! They can easily be styled among many color ranges because of their uniqueness. For the shoot below, I styled them with a velvet gray romper and some silver and gold jewelry to tie all of the colors together. I added this Red Carpet Red lip color and was all set for brunch with the girls. I have worn these several times since then with neutrals, pinks and even a bright blue color as seen above and they worked perfectly with them all.
